For more than thirty years, my work has centered on one simple belief: people are remarkably resilient when given the space to think, reflect, and reconnect with who they truly are.
My path has taken me through executive leadership, nonprofit administration, coaching, and professional counseling. Across every role, the work has always been the same—helping people navigate life’s seasons of change with greater clarity, compassion, and purpose.
I don’t believe people are problems waiting to be solved.
I believe we are all continually becoming.
My role isn’t to tell you who to be. It’s to walk alongside you, ask thoughtful questions, notice patterns together, and create a space where insight can become intentional action.
Whether you’re entering adulthood, navigating midlife, approaching retirement, or simply wondering, “What comes next?” coaching offers an opportunity to explore those questions with curiosity rather than judgment.
Outside my professional work, you’ll usually find me writing, reading, playing with my dogs, exploring the Oregon coast, or enjoying a good cup of coffee.
I’m endlessly curious about people, community, philosophy, human history, and the stories that shape who we become.
Those interests eventually found a home in Spicy Kitty’s Internet Café, where thoughtful conversations continue beyond the coaching office.
